Integrity, creativity, and empathy shape the way I lead.

These pillars shape how I show up for my teams every day. Trust comes first — teams get the runway to do their best work, with constructive feedback when it sharpens the outcome. Transparent communication ensures everyone has the context to make bold creative decisions. As a hands-on leader rather than a top-level manager, I have the skills to build alongside my team and step in whenever they need support. Teaching over telling develops people who can solve problems on their own.

Key Skills

Vision-setting and creative direction — translating business goals into a compelling creative vision that aligns teams across brand, product, and marketing.

Brand stewardship — protecting and evolving the brand identity across every customer touchpoint, ensuring consistency without stagnation.

operational rigor — clear processes, approval milestones, and cross-functional workflows that keep ambitious work on time and aligned with strategy.

Talent development and team building — recruiting top-tier creative talent, mentoring designers, writers, and producers, and building inclusive teams where diverse perspectives drive better work.

Executive influence and storytelling — presenting creative work persuasively to C-suite leaders, board members, and external partners, and securing buy-in for ambitious ideas.

Cross-functional partnership — collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth leaders to ensure creative is embedded in the strategy, not bolted on at the end.

Budget and resource management — owning creative budgets, agency relationships, and production resources with financial discipline.

Trend fluency and cultural awareness — staying ahead of design, technology, and cultural shifts, and knowing when to lead a trend versus when to ignore one.

Measurement and accountability — defining what creative success looks like through KPIs, A/B testing, and qualitative feedback, and holding the team (and myself) accountable to it.

Calm under pressure — making clear decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes moments and absorbing pressure so teams can stay focused on the work.

Scaling creative operations — evolving AI systems, tools, and team structures as the organization grows without losing craft or culture.

bangalore Creative Studio

Over the last seven years, I had the privilege of scaling a creative team in India from one hire to 14 and counting. What began as bringing on two individuals to support web production during a critical site relaunch evolved into standing up a full Creative Studio in Bangalore. They learned new skillsets, grew professionally, and taught a new generation of designers. Developing their skills and streamlining our workflows remains a defining achievement of my career at MillerKnoll. Today, the India Creative Studio supports a wide range of cross-functional teams with:

  • Print and digital design

  • Email/web template development

  • CMS staging

  • QA/testing process

  • HTML coding, Email testing

  • Illustration

  • Motion graphics, Animation

  • Video editing / post-production

  • International versioning (LAC/APMEA/EUR)

  • 3D modeling & Rendering

  • High-end image retouching and wrapping

  • Asset Management / DAM support

  • Project Management
